We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly, established team at Oakdene. Whether you’re already a Deputy or a Senior/Team Leader ready for the next step, we’d love to hear from you.

Ivydene is a warm, nurturing home for children aged 8–17, offering medium to long-term residential care for up to six young people. We create a safe, supportive environment where every child is valued, listened to, and given the skills and opportunities to thrive into adulthood.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Registered Manager in running the home
  
• Lead and inspire the staff team
  
• Ensure the highest care standards and compliance with Ofsted
  
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and young people

What we’re looking for:

• Residential childcare experience
  
• Leadership skills and a child-centred approach
  
• Level 4 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it)
