Our Head Office – Supporting the Children, Every Step of the Way


For the past eight years, our Head Office on High Lane, Stockport, has been the home of the team working behind the scenes to make sure every child in our care has the stability, safety, and opportunities they deserve.


Here, our senior management team – including our Responsible Individual, Operations Director, HR Manager, Learning and Development Manager, Referrals & Office Manager and Head of Care – all bring their expertise to supporting our children’s homes. We also have an in-house trained Mental Health First Aiders, ready to offer guidance and understanding whenever it’s needed.


From here, we manage the systems, training, and planning that keep our homes running smoothly. We’re not the ones providing direct daily care, but everything we do is with one purpose in mind – to give our incredible support workers the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to make a difference in children’s lives.


Because when our care teams can focus fully on the children, those children can focus on being exactly what they should be – safe, happy, and hopeful about the future.
