We’re looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our warm, dedicated team at Ivydene. If you’re an experienced Support Worker ready to step up into a leadership role, this is your opportunity to make an even bigger difference.
Ivydene is a caring, stable home for children aged 8–17, offering medium to long-term placements for up to six young people. We create a safe, nurturing space where every child feels valued, understood, and supported to reach their full potential.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Registered Manager and Deputy in day-to-day operations
- Lead and mentor the team on shift
- Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Promote life skills, education, and positive routines
What we’re looking for:
- Residential childcare experience
- Confidence leading a shift and supporting colleagues
- Level 3/4 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it)
