We’re looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our warm, dedicated team at Ivydene. If you’re an experienced Support Worker ready to step up into a leadership role, this is your opportunity to make an even bigger difference.

Ivydene is a caring, stable home for children aged 8–17, offering medium to long-term placements for up to six young people. We create a safe, nurturing space where every child feels valued, understood, and supported to reach their full potential.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Registered Manager and Deputy in day-to-day operations
  • Lead and mentor the team on shift
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
  • Promote life skills, education, and positive routines

What we’re looking for:

  • Residential childcare experience
  • Confidence leading a shift and supporting colleagues
  • Level 3/4 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it)
